The Negev Desert covers more than half of Israel's area, but only a few people live there.

In the morning we went to the big market and bought fresh fruit.

אַחֲרֵי הַצָּהֳרַיִם יָשַׁבְנוּ בַּגִּנָּה וְדִבַּרְנוּ עַל הַחַיִּים ‎. .

In the afternoon we sat in the garden and talked about life.

הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ שָׁקְעָה לְאַט וְהָרוּחַ נָשְׁבָה בְּעַדְנוּת ‎. .

The sun set slowly and the wind blew gently.
