We want you to be happy with StoryHebrew. If you're not satisfied with your premium subscription, we're happy to work with you to make things right. This policy outlines how refunds work for paid subscriptions purchased through our Service.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you're unhappy with your subscription for any reason, you can request a refund by emailing us at support@storyhebrew.com. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to resolve things fairly.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • The email address associated with your StoryHebrew account.
  • The approximate date of purchase.
  • A brief explanation of why you'd like a refund.

3. Refund Timeframe

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Polar (our payment processor) and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.

If you'd like a refund in addition to cancelling, please contact us using the process described above.

5. Free Trial and Free Tier

StoryHebrew offers free content that does not require payment. No refund is applicable for free-tier usage. If a free trial is offered and you are charged after the trial ends, you may request a refund per this policy.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
