מָה שְׁלוֹמְךָ (מה שלומך) asks “how are you?” when speaking to a male. To a female, say מָה שְׁלוֹמֵךְ (ma shlomech).
Common after שלום. Israelis also say מה נשמע? (ma nishma?) in casual speech with a similar vibe.
